As 2016 winds down, Psidream and Pacific present their next release on Nightfall Recordings. A brief departure from thundering future funk, these new tunes are a complementary pair of dubwise rollers, with a warm sound to get you through the colder months. Reflections bubbles along with a skanking half-time guitar loop lacing crisp beats, smooth vocals and a hypnotic organ, until the bass drops and the true weight of the tune is felt. Quiet Revolution places a similar emphasis on melody, with jazz and RnB flavours slow burning until a seriously funky mid snarl takes over.
